Cancel or change your plan
Upgrade or downgrade
Go to Account → Billing. Pick the plan you want; the change applies immediately. Upgrades pro-rate against your current term. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term — you keep the higher tier through the date you've already paid for.
Cancel from inside the app
- Go to Account → Billing.
- Tap Manage subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal.
- Select Cancel plan. You'll see the date through which your access continues.
You stay on your paid plan through the end of your current term. After that, your account drops to Free; you keep your data, the Advisor still works on Free limits, and you can re-upgrade at any time.
Cancel by email
If the portal isn't working for any reason, email contact@prepiep.com from the address on your account with "Cancel" anywhere in the subject or body. We process within one business day and reply to confirm.
The 7-day refund window
New annual subscribers get a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. Just reply to your receipt within 7 days. See Request a refund for details.
What happens to your data
Cancelling does not delete your data. Your IEP documents, Advisor history, and goals stay in your account. If you want to wipe everything, go to Account → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and propagates within 30 days.
