Request a refund
The 7-day window
New annual subscribers get a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window per our Terms §5.4. If you request a full refund within seven calendar days of the start of your paid term, we issue a full refund of the annual fee within five business days, less any non-recoverable third-party processing fees if applicable. The refund goes back to the original payment method.
How to request
Email contact@prepiep.com from the email address on your account. Subject: "Refund". Body: a sentence saying you'd like to refund the current term. You don't need to explain why — though a sentence on what didn't work helps us improve.
Timeline
- Same day: We acknowledge the request.
- Within 5 business days: Stripe issues the refund to your card on file.
- 5-10 business days after that: Your bank posts the refund to your statement. The exact timing depends on your bank.
If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days
Reply to your refund-confirmation email and we'll work directly with Stripe to find it. This is rare but it happens — bank holds, card-issuer policies, and similar.
Outside the 7-day window
We don't have a formal refund policy after day 7, but we'd rather you stop paying than feel stuck. Email contact@prepiep.com and explain the situation; we'll do what we reasonably can. Cancelling for end of term is always available from Account → Billing; see Cancel or change your plan.
Disputed charges
If you spot a billing question, please email us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks delay resolution and, if judged in our favor, may result in account suspension per Terms §5.5. We'll resolve almost everything faster by direct email.
