Generate a Meeting Pack
The Meeting Pack is a one-PDF summary you walk into the Team meeting with. It is built from everything you've done in PrepIEP — the document you uploaded, the Advisor conversations, the goals you've drafted, and the questions you've flagged.
What's in it
- Agenda. A prioritized list of items you want to raise at the meeting, generated from your Advisor exchanges.
- Talking points. Plain-language framing for each item, including the specific text in the IEP you're referencing.
- Suggested questions. What to ask the team, organized by topic (goals, services, accommodations, evaluation, transition).
- Goal drafts. If you've drafted alternative or additional goals, they appear here in SMART format.
- Process reminders. Procedural safeguards (Notice of Procedural Safeguards, evaluation timelines, IEE entitlement, stay-put provision) called out at the points in the agenda where they're likely to be relevant.
How to generate
- Open the meeting you're preparing for (or create one if you haven't yet).
- Use the Advisor to work through the document — questions, concerns, goal drafts.
- Tap Generate Meeting Pack. The first generation typically takes 30-60 seconds.
- The Pack is saved to your account and downloadable as a single PDF.
How to use it at the meeting
Print two copies — one for you, one to share if the team asks for it. The Pack is yours; you decide whether to hand it to the team or just use it as your own reference. Many parents find it useful to email the Agenda to the team's chair 48 hours before the meeting, then bring the full Pack to the room.
