Free vs Plus vs Pro

PrepIEP has three plans. You can use it well on Free; Plus and Pro add capacity and depth for families with more involved IEPs.

Free

One IEP document, basic Advisor chat, and our Rights Q&A. The Free plan is enough for a single annual review or a single transition meeting.

Plus

Multiple IEPs across time (e.g. annual reviews year over year), more Advisor exchanges per month, and a Meeting Pack export. Plus is the right plan if you've been to two or more Team meetings and expect to keep using PrepIEP across the year.

Pro

Everything in Plus, higher limits on Advisor exchanges, and priority same-day reply on questions you email contact@prepiep.com. Pro is right for families navigating evaluation, eligibility, transition, or any longer-arc process where you'll be coming back to the tool weekly.

How to pick

Start on Free. Upload the IEP. If you find yourself bumping up against the chat limit or wanting the Meeting Pack export before the next meeting, upgrade. You can change or cancel anytime — see Cancel or change your plan.

The 7-day refund window

Every new paid subscription gets a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window. If PrepIEP isn't a fit, reply to your receipt within seven days and we'll refund the year. Per our Terms §5.4.
